What’s included

There are 3 cabin sizes. 14×24, 14×28 and 14×32. Each of them has the following standard features in an Un-finished cabin. Remember these are not kits. These features come on the cabin that is pre-assembled.

  • Un-finished is how 80% of people purchase their cabin. They choose to save by putting in the time to finish it themselves.
  • The basic unfinished structure has the following completed at the factory. (All the really heavy lifting is done for you. It comes built.)
  • Logs all assembled with polyethylene vapor barrier between each. Giant contractor screws secure the logs to each other vertically. You can not see the screws.
  • A 4 foot overhang a door side, a 14 foot side.
  • Sub-Floor complete with insulation and closed to prevent critters nesting.
  • Roof, complete with insulation (not a thin layer of tongue and groove boards)
  • Shingle roof complete with venting ridge cap to help prevent condensation is standard.
  • Door opening to fit a standard Home Depot or Lowes door.
  • 3 standard size window openings, one on each wall (except the door) 4 ft wide by 2 ft high. (I got mine for $178 each at HD). Any size or placement changes need to be completed at time of ordering.
  • Framed walls, a half wall in kitchen and 3 walls for a bathroom.
  • Electric wiring up through the floor. The other ends come out the back corner of the cabin with plumbing pipes.
  • Basic drainage plumbing in the floor for bath, toilet and kitchen sink
  • Basic PEX hot and cold water plumbing in kitchen and bath
