Log Cabin Prices

Below is the Un-finished cabin price list. It is not a kit. Un-finished come like the photo you see here. You can cut to the chase and scroll down for pricing. But, before you scroll down, it might be best to read the following to see how this experience will be different from other cabin builders.

Keep in mind that many log cabin businesses push you to buy their cabin, like a car salesman. We do not. Others have staff that provide a little information at a time, each time you contact them. They wear you down. Playing on your desire to want a cabin vs. a house. See this YouTube video of someone’s experience with one cabin builder. Take 15 mins to watch that whole video to explore how similar it was to a car-buying experience.

We don’t work that way. We tell you what to expect right here. And 24/7, 365 days a year you can see all the how-to informative videos without a salesperson calling you weekly at dinner time. We won’t call you unless you call and ask us to call you back. See our About Us page and you’ll know why.

You will already know how much things cost by the time you reach Bob. You will know the things you want to finish yourself. For example, after looking at the chinking video and discovering how long it takes, you may want the staining and chinking done at the factory for an additional cost. (If you watched all the videos, you will already know that first you stain then you chink). Let’s say you feel comfortable finishing off the inside, installing the flooring, bathroom, kitchen yourself.

At the prices you see here the logs are cut from 8 inch logs. Each end up between 7 to 8 inches. This is not a kit where the log cabin arrives in a pile of logs, like Ikea furniture, you hunt for log 1A and connect it to the B side of log 2A. Imagine yourself looking through a pile of 100-300lb logs for 1A and 2A. Wow, you are building a cabin! Now imagine how long this is going to take. Now imagine how long that wow feeling lasted.

For the price of those kit cabins, you can save a lot of time, money, frustration as these tiny log cabins come pre-assembilied. The heavy lifting is done. The Wow factor stays with you while you complete only the parts you signed yourself up for.
